House Rules

1. Equipment & Facility Care

  • Wear badminton shoes (non-marking) on courts.

  • Handle provided equipment (nets, posts, mats) with care.

  • Do not damage any part of Wyse Active Hub and use all amenities with due care.

 

Note: Users are responsible for damage costs.

2. Responsibility for Guests

All users are responsible for their etiquette. This applies to academies, corporates, groups and individual users.

 

Etiquette

  • Use facilities responsibly.

  • Wear proper badminton and fitness apparel.

  • No eating/drinking (except bottled water) outside designated areas.

  • Keep areas clean; dispose of trash in bins and wipe spills.

  • No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or illegal substances.

  • Treat staff and others with respect; no offensive or aggressive behaviour.

  • You are responsible for your own belongings.

  • No harassment (verbal, physical, or sexual).

3. Breach of Etiquette

Violators may be reported to authorities and/or barred. Wyse Active Hub reserves the right to issue temporary or lifetime bans.

4. Security & Reporting

CCTV is in use for safety purpose. Report misconduct at the front office or via info@wyseactive.com.

5. Media & Publicity

Photographs/videos may be taken for marketing purposes. By using our facilities, you consent to the use of your image / voice in publications and social media.

Opt-out: Users must may request for their photos / videos (if any) be removed via info@wyseactive.com.

6. Right to Amend

Wyse Active Hub may impose further rules at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.

7. Management Discretion

Matters not explicitly addressed are subject to Wyse Active Hub’s Management’s sole discretion regarding safety and order.

8. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold Wyse Active Hub’s Management and staff harmless against claims, damages, or losses arising from their conduct or breach of rules.

9. Non-Competition & Solicitation

Any badminton academy, external coach, or commercial entity operating within Wyse Active Hub is strictly prohibited from soliciting Wyse Active Hub’s existing clients, students, or staff for external services. Furthermore, users must not engage in any marketing or promotional activities that directly compete with Wyse Active Hub’s in-house programs.

10. Academy Onboarding

All academies and coaches must complete a mandatory onboarding and self-declaration process. Please coordinate with the operations team for details.

11. Legal Compliance for Coaches

Foreign coaches must possess a valid teaching pass (work permit) in strict compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations. Please coordinate with the operations team for details.
